TERMS OF SERVICE
RM IT LTD provides web hosting, Domain registration and Web Design services to clients worldwide. We have a liability to protect each client and provide the best services ever existing. If you receive the services of RM IT LTD are agree to the following terms of service:
Account Setup and Email details
We setup clients domain hosting account after receiving full payment and check the payment balance before the account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date. We send all hosting cPanel login details to your providing email address. If you provide any false contact information it may result in the termination of your account.
Payments and Renew
When you order to our domain and hosting, you are buying a pre-paid service. All payments will be paid in advance using bKash, Rocket, Nagad mobile banking, Bank Transfer and check. Renewal notices will be sent via email from 1 to 30 days before the renewal date. If you are unable to renew the service to the last renewal date, your hosting and domain will be suspended and we are not responsible for any data loss. For web hosting plans, we will not setup your account without any paying. Clients are encouraged to pay by bKash as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time in Bangladesh.
Late Payments
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activation date. If you will not pay for service renew in 7 days before the renewal date, your account will be suspended as the end date of payment. If you will not pay for service renew in 30 days after suspended, your account will be terminated. You will receive some email reminders till deactivation.
Payments and Renew
When you subscribe to our services, you are signing up for a pre-paid service, and all ITES (domain registration, web hosting, SSL, and so on) services are subject to 5% VAT, or 5% VAT and 2% sales tax for web development services. All past-due invoices can be paid online with bKash, or Card Payment, as well as via bank transfer or walk-in payment at our operation office. Except for payments made through our offline method, all online payments are subject to a payment gateway fee, which will be added automatically when you select payment options in your Clients Area > Invoice. From 30 to 1 day before the renewal date, renewal notices are sent numerous times through email. bKash, Card Payment, Bank Transfer, and Walk-in-Payment are the only methods of payment we accept at our operation office. If your yearly charge is declined and we are unable to contact you, the late fees to authorize your account will apply. Any questions about payment should be directed to the RM IT LTD support forum. We shall take the following steps if a shared/reseller/VPS/Dedicated/Email Server/Spam Filtering/File Hosting, etc. account has a past due invoice.
1 Day – No Action Taken
2 Days – Accounts are suspended
7 Days – Late Fee Added
15 Days – Accounts will be terminated
Transfers
Our technical team is always ready to help you to transfer your site to us from another hosting. We always try to do the best transfer of your all data from old host to our host. In fact Hosting transfer is not our duty, it is just a bonus service. RM IT LTD will transfer maximum one account for share hosting, 25 accounts for Reseller, 50 accounts for VPS and 100 Accounts for a dedicated server for free first time. You have to pay fees for more transfers.
Content Not Allowed

- Sexual content/ adult content.
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Pirated Software/Warez
- Hacker sites/archives/programs
- Such a Scripts that run corn job less than 30 minutes interval
- E-mail Marketing Scripts
- MLM/Investment website/apps
Backups and Data Loss
If you use any service of RM IT LTD is at your own risk. Our backup service is run on Friday or Sunday of each week, and provided to you as a courtesy. RM IT LTD is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason.
Cancellations and Refunds
RM IT LTD reserve the right to cancel, suspend and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If you are unhappy with the services you receive from RM IT LTD during the first 30 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within a short time, we will provide a full refund to you. If clients violate the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered even if asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask a second time for a refund.
